BYU Foreign Language Achievement Testing (FLATS)

Non-UCI students interested in taking a language placement test or a language exemption test have the opportunity to participate in Brigham Young University’s (BYU) Foreign Language Achievement Testing (FLATS) program. The FLATS program includes several languages with an option to have the exam proctored virtually using BYU’s partner service, Proctor360.

If a student is interested in the FLATS program, but would like to take the test with a physical proctor, ATC may provide proctoring services at a fee. Contact us if you would like more information on setting up a proctoring appointment for FLATS testing.
